Soggy and over done with the sauces, also we could not remove the mozzarella cheese from our orders.
Orders were not even started when we arrived to pick up and were literally slapped together with little care or attention.
We will not be returning to Subway Whakatane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even heat up your meat anymore like they use to. So when you get it toasted the outside is warm and the inside is cold. Subway in tirau still heat their meat up before putting it in the sub.
