★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at Subway Fairy springs today!! All the credit goes to Josh!! This guy went above and beyond to do us a great sandwich and outstanding toasties. Exemplary customer service skills that are super rare to find nowadays. This guy deserves a pay rise for all the hard work. Overall great experience and will certainly visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there around 8:30pm; I saw them preparing for closing; I asked the lady at the counter if they were closed; she replied they are open, went forward to order, where other lady was putting breads away, at first she didn't even bother to acknowledge me, was bit awkward, then I said hi and she replied hi what you want, I replied with my order and she replied wouldn't be long; I said ok, waited for her to start making my order while she didn’t even care and carry's on what she was doing, then I saw both ladies laughing for no reason which was bit rude, as a customer I could clearly see that they don't want to serve me, then the lady in front of me said to the other lady at the counter if she could make my order, and she straight away replied NO, she didn't even care that I was standing in front of them and I could clearly see and hear them.
Their behaviour was rude, disrespectful and bit racist towards me.
Then I just left getting no food, didn't felt like eating anything they would have made for me.
I’m sorry to say, but, Subway needs some polite and respectful staff, who actually like to serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They may as well stand back 6 feet and throw the salads on. Not much care taken. Just trying to impress by their speed. For me not impressed at all, if you have quality ingredients then at least present the food with some pride.

Ordered at 11.05am
Said it was ready for pick up 12.10pm
Got there at 12.10. waited in line to or twenty minutes. Told the lady I ordered online. They replied it hasn't come through yet. So I stood to the side. Waited another 10 minutes. And finally a lady started making my sandwich. She is even asked me what I wanted on it. I said it's on the order.. they gave me a free cookie for the long wait. It wasn't even baked it was super soft .. I realized I ordered at a busy time & there was a line. But the purpose of ordering online is to avoid the que.
Disappointed , lucky my boss is pretty lay back on my poor excuse on rushing back to the office..
I'm going to try again and if I get the same service. I will be a Karen ?? and speak to the manager
