★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Chips and Chicken Fenders! The restaurant was busy with the lunchtime rush happening but the quality in food was above and beyond. The Chicken Fenders we ordered were super hot and so were the chips. Thanks team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste was great, I have always had good burgers from any one of the Burger Joints throughout the North Island. How ever when getting it to go, one of the burgers wasn't presented as nicely as the other. The chicken breast hadnt been cut to size and was sticking quite far out of both ends of the burger. There was little sauce and it was put into a paper bag rather than the usual card burger holder. I assume this is what cause the whole burger to slide apart and needed reassembly before eating. The other burger was fine. Was slightly disappointed with the burger having slid apart but it was still very nice all the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great meal, nice and fresh and hot. Nicely presented. Place was clean and tidy and busy! Was greeted personally and offered to be told the specials, which was a nice touch! Just stopped in as a tourist, but would definitely recommend and go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst burger in awhile! i usually go to the redwood burgerfuel, in the decades i have lived in rota i have never ever had a bad burger at the redwood burgerfuel. First time i went to the fairy springs one had the worst burger ever! Bun was dry and tasted burnt. and i had half of paddy in my burger. Not sure what happened to the other half the paddy was so thin and feel to pieces. what the actual.. Need some quality control at this place i will never buy a burger from this one again. Go to the redwood one guys - problem solved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointed with our order tonight. We raved on about how great burger fuel was to our whanau who traveled from Auckland this weekend and we were all very let down. We ordered online and paid over $120. Our order was suppose to be ready and 4.54pm.. we didn't walk out until 5.10 after numerous times of going back, our kumara chips, milkshake and coke were forgotten about along with the aioli for our spud fries, chips looked old and were cold, tenders were cold. One of our C'N'Cheese burgers had so much lettuce in it you could've shared it between another 2/3 burgers. Not the kai or service you expect when you pay for burgers that are more then $10. And what ever happened to doofers? Only 2 of the burgers come in the box with the doofer aswell ?♀️?♀️
