★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always same staff at the counter.the lady staff is so rude, may be she can't hear or can't understand even if I repeat many times .I live close by so I go sometimes for a sandwich.
She is been always like that. Not happy with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure your meant to put paper in with the sandwich when its toasted... it smelt burnt as anything and the survace was less than ideal. The workers looked like they would rather be dead than serving customers.
A few weeks ago I bought subway from a diferent store and I ordered the exact same thing. The one from the other store cost 9 dollars. The one I bought from here was 11.. not quite sure what went wrong there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Lady is always havin a bad day. Never is happy. If you dont like your job dont go to work! Poor customer service. I go there very regulary and always has the smallest portion of vegetables in Wellington. Have to ask for a bit more and always moaining. Definitly Wont be going back and will not be recommending to anyone. Should be a negative review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I walked I was rudely greeted by the worker, I was then asked to put my mask on when I kindly showed her my exemption, she then went on to call me a “bloody idiot” I then replied kindly asking her to not treat me that way, she then verbally assaulted me, and harassed me, this made me feel incredibly discriminated and not welcome. 10/10would not recommend spend your money elsewhere. Unkind people like this don’t deserve your money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. My friends and i went to the karori subway, they had just got sushi and i had gone in to get a sandwich. My friends sit down and immediately the man there started yelling at us to leave and how it was disrespectful to bring other food into their store (we were not planning to eat there) he then proceeded to cuss us out and start yelling things about being in a pandemic. We showed him our vaccine passes and we’re wearing masks the whole time. Once he stopped yelling the lady who worked there started yelling at us to leave too. Horrible customer service we are teenagers and shouldn’t be cussed out by workers.

Was just trying to catch a quick sub before the shop closed and did not have a mask on me at the time or have time to go home and pick one up. I figured it would be okay if I covered my face with my jersey. Apparently not.
I knew instantly the lady was treating me poorly when she saw me without a proper mask. She made it very clear she did not want to serve me. She stood as far from the counter as she could and her focus was not on my sub, but my face. She purposely made me repeat myself even though I knew she could clearly hear what I was saying. When it came to the salad section I asked for every option except pickles and peppers. The amount of lettuce she put on was laughable. Now I've been here before many times and this has never happened to me. There were large patches of bread which she purposely missed. After giving me such unfair portions she stopped and just stared at me. She had missed out all the other vegetables I had asked for. I awkwardly asked her if could I also get olives and she grabbed the BBQ sauce and squirted more BBQ sauce then the amount of lettuce she gave me. Then went back to staring at me. I didn't know what to say. I stood there and stared back at her. She then she decided to rant at me about their mask policy. After all that time only now she decides to confront me about not having a proper mask.
I understand they have a mask policy, but there were no other customers at the time and my face was covered. If you didn't want me in the store then just deny me service. Don't serve me when you clearly don't want too.
To top things of she didn't cut the sub down the middle but down the 2/3 mark. I knew they were stingy but she showed her true colors that night.
It gets better. After going through some of the reviews on this place, one person was saying she took her mask of halfway through making his sub. Imagine that. How stuck up do you have to be to lecture someone about your mask policy when you cant even follow it yourself. Unfortunately you cant give negative star ratings. Go to this subway if you want no fillings, the opposite of what you ask for and terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service.Ordered it online through app at Karori Subway. I went home assuming subway will be perfect but I found they did not put sauces, extra avocado which I paid for. So I came back to shop to get it changed. They never said sorry about it. Because of them I wasted my 20 mins.
