★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service is hard to come by these days. I ordered a particular cookie and when I went to pick up my order it was not available. This was no problem as I simply chose another cookie from the selection. We were surprised to find an extra cookie in the bag when we got back home. A welcome surprise and gesture. It’s those things that will have me coming back. Good customer service. Hopefully next time you will have my favourite cookie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a question for subway Kaiapoi, went to get my subways today- there will approx 4 customers before me and 4 after me- i was the only one out of them all to be asked for vaccination pass? whats the point? felt singled out- either ask all customers or dont ask any?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just at subway today and served by two woman and one man. The man made me a turkey sandwich, he had toasted it and everything and then he said in a rude tone and attitude to the other workers “this is my sandwich” and took it out of the area it was being made in it was very weird and confusing and i wondered what he was even doing.The woman were lovely and one remade my sandwich but the man was very rude and had an attitude, an excuse was made that there was no turkey when there was turkey right there.Might need to replace him need workers like the other woman that are positive and don’t have attitudes towards other workers and customers. Very confusing weird and shady thing to do especially during covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff didn't listen and had to repeat what we wanted. Staff also didn't change gloves during my friends sub and mine which they got pizza sauce all over my chicken sub. Place was clean, super busy and as expected. Sweet chillie sauce is not sweet Chilli it was hot Chilli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online 30 minutes before closing. After completing payment the pick up date had jumped to the following week since the ordering system had already closed while we completed the check out.
Called the restaurant immediately and left all the details for the manager to get in touch regarding a refund etc - never made contact.
Not ordering from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit light on the fillings compared to some other stores I've been to. I got lettuce, Spinach, Cucumber, peppers, jalapeños, onion, olives and Pickles yet look how thin it is!
