★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty slack service, waited there 15 to 20 minutes. The girl left the store unattended and left a note saying "be back in a sec" by the time 4 other people had arrived and we were all waiting we were over it. We left, as we didn't know how much longer the staff member was gonna be. She's lucky the store didn't get robbed!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to treat ourselves to dessert and support a new local business but when we got there at 7.15 after checking the opening hours on the website they were closed!!! Website says open until 10pm ??? If you are not going to be opening up for the hours on your site then change it, don't just scribble it on the door !! Too late for anyone then , what a waste of time going all the way there to find them shut. Come on guys you need to up your game either open the hours you advertise or change the times on your website. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. The girl who served us had a rotten impatient attitude as she was trying to get us out the door so she could close up. The Taco ice cream (pancake) was gross and dry. We used to enjoy going here until that girl who served us had a rotten way about her! Won’t be going back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No staff present in the shop so rang the bell still no response shouted out more than once still no staff . So left. appears to be a recurring theme happened once before. The business is fortunate no one helps themselves wont be going again. Very slack.
