★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to visit this another cafe of Patagonia after having visited the one in Queenstown with expectations to have the same vibe, and coffee and treats as there, but was just disappointed. The coffee is plain and instead of croissant they serve some kind of pastry pie, which just can’t be true for a chocolate shop

If you really want to come just wait in front of them until you get your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good chocolate shop. However, I didn't like the service, I asked lady in the counter to tell me if the ice cream is suitable for vegetarians. Staff had no clue, they handed over me their ingredients book, and some of those ingredients was even hard to identify like emulsifier and stabisers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream was amazing but service was pretty lousy. I'm pretty sure the talking public toilets were better at communication than the staff member that served us. There was also a major difference between ice cream sizes despite myself and my friend ordering the same thing.
If a staff member is unable to do basic customer service such as talking to their customers then they should assume a separate job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot chocolate is great here, it’s thick but not as viscous as the one from Mrs Ferg and also slightly less sweet. You’ll like it - as I do - if you don’t have much of a sweet tooth.
Desserts are all really good, I’ve tried many over different times - waffles, crepes, brownies, creme brûlée, Afghans. I love the orange coconut cake (vegan). Also their chocolate products are high quality and make great gifts.
Cremino ice cream is pretty awesome if you like hazelnut - it gives Mrs Ferg’s hazelnut gelato a run for their money in my opinion.
Customer service is prompt , and if not it’s clearly because they are busy with different groups of customers, not at all because they are inattentive ?
