★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been twice, and customer service is incredibly poor. Just saw a woman get growled at very aggressively by a worker for feeding seagulls. As well as being verbally harsh, she got very close to her face (IN A PANDEMIC) (The customer was maskless) and implied that she should automatically know that it was unacceptable, though she had a young child and was simply trying to keep her entertained. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the first time a month ago with my husband and children at 1pm, I thought we might get some hot dogs and ice cream but were told we couldn’t order 5 hot dogs so we left, disappointed. I thought it was a one off experience so I asked my husband to take us there again for lunch 2 weeks later with the children and tried to order hot dogs again to be rudely told there’s no hot dogs and then the lady went onto explain how a hot dog is made and the process involved in making one, I didn’t even ask so I just walked away. Come on lady, it’s just a hot dog! Overall, terrible customer service and obviously from my experience nothing is ever available on the menu.
