★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you persist long enough to distract the staff from scrolling through Facebook on their phones while manning the stall, you’re in for pretty average service. I bought a $200 pair of sunglasses from here and they broke after a week and a half or so due to a manufacturing defect. Upon returning them to the stall the staff said they were unable to replace the pair but I could pay to repair them if I wanted. I didn’t bother and instead took them into the Sunglass Hut branch in Queenstown, where they were replaced immediately and without difficulty by the friendly staff there.
Don’t waste your time.

It was a last minute gift before catching my flight and she reassured me of the return and exchange policy. She did such a wonderful job, they were the perfect choice for my boyfriend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
