Sylvia Park Shopping Centre and tried to use gif card, was told it cannot be used, and i still paied for them, but i changed my mind immediately since I planed to use the gift card. However, the managere rejected my request. When I paid for the items, I was not told that they do not do refunds. Only this store has their own rules, which is diferent from other stores. I bought many items in other stores but never has this bad experience. BTW, this store is out of control of the kiwi property (Sylvia Park customer service). and other stores are following the supdery general rulst, but this store has its own rules. Basically, if you have complaints, you cannot find a place to deal with. So If you really want to by this brand items, go to other stores.
