No customer service - I enquired about a pair of shoes, seemed like i was a pain in a day !!!
Expecting call back - over 2 weeks now - no call at all !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped at this store on 8th Jan 2022. This staff Caitlyn never greeting or showed any happy face or smile at all. When I was trying to browse some items on the shelf , she was just standing on my way like she cannot see me at all. I ended up buying one item and want to redeem my voucher in my account and she confirmed. However she did not use my voucher. The whole progress, she is acting like a cold blood machine and does not want to talk to her client at the same time she is pretty annoyed by customers. If she is not able to work, she really doesn’t have to be there and show all negative emotions to the clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure I will be buying much of Witchery anymore they used to be fabulous to deal with. I have placed orders and then they keep getting cancelled. I also had a top I purchased that I got out of the plastic a few months after to wear and all the hem was coming down. I took it back and the assistant said it was wear and tear. I said I had not even worn it. So finally she said she would send it away to get fixed. I was ok with that. I keep phoning store and leaving messages when they don’t answer. No communication of what is happening. There was a really rude lady that worked at Sylvia park and then I saw she was working at another retail outlet at Newmarket. She is now working at Witchery Newmarket and she is still horrible and rude. I hope once staff shortages get better Witchery are able to hire the calibre of staff they used to have working for them then I may start going back.
