★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautifully sharpened knives. As a chef I’m extremely fussy about where and who sharpen the restaurant knives, these where sharpened to perfection and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Thank you, Brian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible fit and finish poor customer service they supplied myself in Australia with a poorly produced knife then made the sheath way to big for it... When I asked for a replacement for the sheath (via osa their Australian distributor) they expected me to pay over $70aud to have the sheath that was incorrectly manafactured replace. What a joke save you cash (I splashed out $249aud) and buy a cheaper more refined product with better fit and finish....from one of the bigger knife manafactures. Shame on you when a factory in china can put out a better product.
