Carpet Court was founded in the 1960’s by a small group of like-minded flooring retailers looking to establish a better experience and provide greater value for our customers. Today our flourishing business has 61 stores nationwide with a reputation reflecting our longstanding presence in the market and the thousands of NZ homes we have installed carpet and flooring into over the decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sad to be completely ignored in the store today so eventually left. I appreciate that staff are busy but was still ignored when one became free even though I stood a few steps in front of him. A simple - "hello, be with you in a moment" - goes a long way! Very intimidating.

Initial experience was good. Helpful staff in store and offered delivery of carpet as I wasn't ordering install, only the carpet.
Payed for the carpet then heard nothing back. I called up after 10 days of hearing nothing only to find carpet had arrived a week ago and no one had contacted me. The person on the phone then seemed to know nothing about an offer to deliver it, but that they would send an email. Didn't hear anything back for several days so I called again. The carpet was then delivered that day.
The carpet that arrived had obvious manufacturing faults in it and could not be laid by the installer that I had arranged so I had to postpone that install and reschedule another time with him.
I have sent emails and pictures of the faults but am still to hear back on what will be happening. As of yet I have a carpet that can't be installed, and an upset installer that I'm wasting his time. Overall not the straightforward and hassle free experience I hoped for. Will gladly update this review once I get a resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service at shop. Understood our needs and recommended the type of carpet we needed.
However their was a considerable delay in getting a response to a guide when the carpet could be laid.
After the carpet was laid we spent a considerable amount of time vacuming and cleaning up the cuttings and bits left behind by the installers.
We would have expected the carpet to be clean and ready to use after installation. Not impressed with this aspect of the service at all.
We own a service business and if our people left a job untidy like this their would be consequences.

The installers, Mike and his team were extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone considering an install. Thanks team!
