They have also been great in helping to arrange trades and services for any maintenance work to be carried out.

I have used them for a number of years now to manage my investments and have never had any issues.
They provide excellent quarterly inspections, pay on-time and are always very responsive and proactive.

They have assisted me in maintaining the long term tenant when I bought the property, sorting out a revised rental appraisal. They obtained quotes, sourced and organised numerous tradesman to upgrade the property to the Healthy Homes Standard, and obtaining a certificate. Communication via phone and email has been awesome, which is particularly important as I currently live overseas; they are easily contactable and always ready to assist with sound advice.
