★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy about the cleanliness or lack of. The floor was slippery and dirty, the rubbish bin inside shop was over flowing. Enough staff on 8.30pm Wednesday 15th June 2022. Minus 5 star rating.

It's not like it was busy in the shop there was just me and another person waiting on our food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but I can't eat here anymore!! Mould on buns, small alive flys and dirt on lettuce, barely any sauce, rude and slow customer service. AND they gave me a meat burger instead of the rebel that I paid extra for!! I don't have high expectations for fast food but the standard here is far too low.
No more Burger King for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous customer service!!!. the store people just decide to close the drive through que citing technical difficulties when it gets crowded. This just happens a lot and I have personally experienced it 3 times myself. They apologize over the microphone that they have to close down orders because of technical difficulties and make everyone wait behind the cars that have already placed the orders (usually the guys and gals in the front of you would have ordered the entire store making the wait all the more excruciating). Strongly recommend AVOIDING THIS STORE!!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive thru at Takanini Burger King and it took over 30 minutes for our order. The person taking our order placed the wrong order so we had to go back inside after all that time to re order the correct food.. manager on duty came to the front for a split second and left one of her worker's to tend to the situation. After waiting a further 10 minutes and recieving my proper meal my burger was cold beef patties cold, cheese cold even the sauce and buns I'm a chef by trade have been for over 10 years. I think you need more staff to help relief the pressure of the 3staff that were on duty. Service there has always been shockingly slow and i have lived in takanini all my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 New York steakhouse burgers in large combos got home and I was given 2 whoppers instead. Pretty disappointed but ate it anyways because I wasnt gonna wait in line again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy. Ordering touch screen was filthy and sticky to touch. Ordered 2 meals, one with extra fries and only recieved 1 pack of fries when we should of had 3, one burger was wrong and she just shrugged her shoulders and had no explanation. Burger buns were soggy and squashed flat. Lettuce in side salad and burgers was brown on the edges and drinks were watered down so much they tasted like soda water. We have always loved burger king food but this was extremely poor quality. We will not eat at this restaurant again and will certainly think twice before having burger king in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude customer service ended up with no order after waiting under the hot sun at the drive through.
Queued in the drive through for a long time like everyone else. Wondered why the car infront of me kept blowing their horn. When I got to the ordering speaker was suddenly told rudely that they were having problems with their system.
I was a bit taken aback because she didn’t even tell me if they were going to try and take orders manually or I should leave. No wonder the car infront of me was so frustrated. They too were confused.
I was stuck in the drive through with cars queued infront and at the back. It’s not like l can just go and drive away.
It was an extremely hot day too even with the air conditioning running, and I have 2 kids who are hungry and just wanted to have a feed.
I asked the lady at the speaker, what was going to happen now do we wait or do we just leave? She curtly said they can’t take orders, she didn’t even sound apologetic or apologised for the long wait or even offered any solution. I found that was really rude and not good customer service at all.
Eventually the other 2 cars ahead managed to get their orders and we were able to get out. The car infront me angrily drove away but the car behind me decided to stay at the speaker.
This would have been my first time to order at this store and most likely not come back for a while. There are other BK stores.
