An Osteo suggested some rehabilitation so I booked in with Nikki and I am so pleased with the results! I am feeling myself again and am almost 100% pain free thanks to Nikki. She took her time with me and carefully designed a rehabilitation program for me with very clear instructions. Highly recommend! The whole team at Takapuna Physio are a pleasure to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikki helped me a few times after hockey, when they were assisting harbour hockey with onsite physio therapy, when I really damaged my ankle, Nikki made the process of getting back to full health great, it was a long process but now I have no issues and it’s all thanks to her and the team. The team are lovely and friendly and great to deal with!
