★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told I had to pay $13 extra postage for a pre paid $5 bag. I decided to take my parcel to another post shop and was told there was no extra charge. It pays to shop around even with postage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this shop but it's a shame one of the post office assistants is one of the unfriendliest I've ever come across - no smile, no words - no communication except literally a grunt - not acceptable! Will continue to use the shop but not the post shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude service from middle aged blonder woman at the postal area of shop, who has worked here for years, not the new postal woman. . She was hostile, rude and belligerent about a request regarding a lost parcel. I was trying to ascertain why I couldnt check the tracking. Wont be going back there under any circumstances, for any reason. If you offer the services, you give the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately for the lovely owners of this store I can and will no longer shop here, something I usually do once or twice a week for postal and banking services. One of the employees who works in the postal/banking booth is consistently not at all pleasant to deal with and every time I would go here I would dread being next in line to be served by her, hoping to get the other nice chap, Nick I think his name is. But this other employee (who I will not name) is consistently grumpy, unfriendly and painful to deal with, it's evident she does not want to be here. I try my best to be super kind and friendly as she sees me a fair bit, but no, each time it's the same, I feel a sense of relief when my transactions are over. I have seen her with other customers too, it's not just myself she is like this with. I am sorry again to the owners of this store that I can't shop here any longer. Everything else you do is top notch. I don't write this to be mean or cause your business any harm but I can't help but think you're aware of this and choosing not to act on it. All the best for the future.
