★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, I couldn't hear the gentleman who delt with me. Told me they couldn't print out my documents beacuse there were to many pages to print before 5 o'clock. Brings a whole new meaning to 5 oclock N knock!
What happend to old fashioned customer service were people would say for a extra 5 minutes to help you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had came into the store and purchased a phone when given the phone in the box we thought to check it out found out it was the wrong phone we went back to the check out and asked for a refund we were helped by a man named Richard who was very nice. I had payed by card it has taken 4 days for a refund and still haven't got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow just wow! The customer service here is awful. The lady-Amber didn't even acknowledge me when I'm standing at the counter and then proceeds to help other people even though I was next in line. A simple printing job that should have taken 5 mins max took me over 30mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They managed to hire sour miserable employees that have the 'paid by the hour' mentality. No enjoyment to serve customers faster on other days. Went in there today at 4:59pm and told they had already closed. I needed 1 item that I could see and would've taken 30s to grab. Suprised this store is still running with this attitude and prices... irked me enough times to finally post a review about this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a new phone today and was served by an amazing employee in the warehouse stationary section. Richard made sure that I was attended to almost immediately after walking in the doors,and provided excellent insight on the phone I was purchasing. Amazing employee.
