For our fusion sushi we put certain amount of ingredients to make sure every order has same amount , especially crazy chicken b , all black etc , thanks to provide pictures,avocado is very soft at this season and when we rolling into rice base, it sticky on rice ,so it looks like less then usual, also I think my staff may put a little bit much rice on that base ,sorry about that, but I am sure we put same amount ingredients for every fusion sushi , we will do a review for that , and I will call head office, see wither we used correct amount or not ! Ordered dinner which was tuna sushi and salmon sushi. No where on menu did it state tuna came from a ###### can!
My partner got lovely big pieces of salmon while I got canned tuna.
Not happy and never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Tang it's one of my favorite food places in Hamilton. The Katsu chicken with rice & salad is so good & affordable price. A family owned business they provide great customer service. I regularly get food delivered & have been getting food from here for about 9 months. I also have gone to eat in-store, I love it. Highly recommend this place.
