Devoted to sushi since 1993
In 1993 St Pierre's formed an alliance with one of Japans largest food exporters, The Tokyo Mutual Trading Company. They had been the pioneers of Japanese food in the USA.
They provided superior cooking condiments and expertise to St Pierre's. From that time St Pierre's started to import all its own products used for making sushi from Japan, to make the most delicious sushi possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at St Pierre's. Spent $46 on 3 meals and asked for a small cup so our 2 year old could have a drink without making a mess to be told no the cups are for miso. Rude counter staff at the bento counter, and will not be eating there again. The bento bowl was terrible, and was only made worse by the counterstaff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never have "sushi of the day" when I go to buy. If I ask them to make it they always have reasons not to. Once they said we have no rice, they other time they said the sushi cutter is not working.

Overall we came away disappointed. The tables were dirty and despite not being particularly busy they were not interested in wiping them down. I actually found the bento staff member unfriendly to the point where I would say she was just plain rude. We usually really enjoy St Pierres however today three separate pieces of sushi had salmon bones, the bento bowl took forever to be made and they had also run out of the chicken for my first choice of bento. The bento that they made me was amazing and I really enjoyed it which gave them a third star instead of a 2 star rating.
