★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop needs to close! They over charge people all the time. They dont even deserve 1 star. They probably the only ones that charge $90 to replace an iphone 6 charger, EVERYONE else charges $60. Dont ever use them !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used these guys to replace my cracked S3 screen. A few days after I got it back glue leaked into the phone and the digitizer failed. Took it back and was told that was a separate issue. Yeah right. So I paid $50 towards sorting it after I argued it was fine apart from the screen before the repair. The used replacement digitizer lasted another week then stopped working again. Emailed them about my latest problem and no response. Not good.

While I wasn't too sure what I was talking about they were reassuring and did a fantastic job of fixing the phone and explaining what they had done. Good price, too! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a note 10 phone cover ($50) and screen protector ($30) protector was expensive and fell off 2 days later...when i went back to replace it the guy tried to charge me another $10 for him to put on another screen protector...rip offs! He ended up doing it for free but I felt like he was trying to see if he could get away with charging me again.

Paid $70 to get my phone screen replaced just 2 months ago, but the front camera was left dusty. Couldn’t be bothered to go back so I left it that way.
Just two days ago I dropped the phone accidentally and the phone screen broke again, surprisingly the phone protector was perfectly fine. I went back to get a new one but the guy told me it’s always been $89. And said the front camera was dusty because I broke the screen, which just happened in the morning.
I went to another store to get a new one, and I was told the screen was an after market one, which is why it looks like a little bit blueish.
This is the first 1 star review I ever gave and I genuinely recommend that don’t go to this place to get anything.

Replacement parts were faulty and caused problems which did not exist before. After visiting the store multiple times for support, decided to go to a different store. Overall, disappointed with the service at TNG and I no longer want to go back here for future needs.
Had to visit another store to fix the phone, and the other store noticed that there were missing screws in the phone and fixed it for me at a better price.
