★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 4 drinks of the same, the 4th one was mainly foam. So 3 full drinks and one 1/4 full abd rest way foam, weight was so much lighter than the others. Total rip off only noticed when I was home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on opening on sunday morning was one girl on. No tv screens on, no Pay menu machines turned on and she didn't know the menu so ended up ordering something I didn't know what was in it and threw in bin $12 down drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling very sorry for the one employee working while 8 people wait for their drinks to be made. Juggling serving and making drinks, we are expecting a long wait. I saw someone in line give up and walk away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here regularly, and the food and drinks are really good, however today they stopped doing wraps and salads at 4, when their website says they close at 5.30.
Having worked in fast food before I take my hat off to the workers, and I know how annoying it is when customers want food last minute. I'd understand if at 5 they stopped wraps. But 4pm! Come on that's a bit early.
Would go to another tank but there isnt.
Would like to be able to get a healthy wrap after work but oh well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst slow service I have ever had, it took almost 20 mins for our two drinks , there was hardly anyone there . The staff looks lost . Will never return

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always has really slow service, the staff seem to never know where things are put and move like snails. Never enough salad dressing and never mixed through, got a salad tonight and the lettuce was old and visibly wilting, tasted disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingredient: Mixed BOTTLED juice + 1-2 pieces of fresh fruits. Definitely not worth $8-9/drink. Always puzzled me why so many people are willing to wait 10-15 minutes for their drinks. Possibly thinking they are getting their daily serving of fruit?!
