★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a screen protector for my S9 that they put on. It is not the right one as dirt has gotten under the edge where the screen is curved. Only purchased 1 month ago, the previous protector purchased elsewhere lasted 18 months. Because the protector had a crack (I had dropped the phone) on the other side from where the dirt is getting under the screen they refused to refund or replace. Do not purchase from Omni Tech, they do not stand by their product.
Thank you for your offer of a 25% discount on my next purchase but I will never purchase from you again. I have been to another store, they said you used the wrong screen protector for my phone, they also said they only charge $20 for that product - compared to the $40 you charged. I got them to put a new protector on and it's great - it is stuck to the whole screen not just round the edges so dirt doesn’t get underneath. I'll use them again and recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a phone in to have the screen replaced ad after the warranty ran out, the new screen lifted and eventually blew. Phone was never out of its protective casing. Now have spent another $250 getting the screen redone but at a different store. Do not reccomend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send my work phone away to get a new screen and without consent or informing me they wiped my phone and all personal and work related content. After wiping my phone over 2 weeks ago they have still not responded at all. Legal action to follow. Stay clear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even know how to start with? Almost over one and a half week and I finallygotmy phone back; but let me tell you- Don't bring your business to this place.
All my phone needed was a screen change! I happily paid for it and it was dear- i took it back to them and the girl at the counter said "come back after half an hour and it will be sorted"
Sadly, the same night my phone started playing up and I reported it to them the following day.
I am extremely disappointed ?.
Fun fact! : the guys at the counter said that he didn't have the phone until I was pushy and requested him to chase the Phone; Wallah- he found it, but accept no apologies!!
I also paid for a screen protector, but hey- who cares?? They replaced the screen protector,didn't put a screen protector that I paid for!
It is my First ever bad review on any platform, but hey- i work hard to just have my money go in vain!
