The massage was good but I was left with a bruise which I’m not happy about and I’m not sure why the oil at first wasn’t added onto my arms that’s how I got the bruise . Another thing I wasn’t happy about was how loud the noise was the music was far too loud it was not comforting it was not relaxing at all. The music wasn’t soothing or quiet I did not feel relaxed , also I understand that sometimes family have to be on site but all I could hear was a child screaming the whole time I was there considering how much I paid for the Massage I should have asked for a refund because I’m really not happy about the service I definitely won’t be going back and I will be telling friends and family not to go there .

Therapist took a ph call during massage, had lengthy conversations with other staff including in the massage room, kept banging my head with her forearm when massaging my neck/shoulder area.
I paid extra $20 to use massage oil (prob enough $$ to cover 100 massages) and got what I think was Vaseline for only some parts of the massage.
They also left the main door open so you get to enjoy the traffic noise.....
Terrible.
