After trying both prodcuts
1. Roiled seasoned lamb took advice to cook meat chewy piece not for my pallet
2. Chicken, ham,cheese sausages strong in flavor not for my pallet
Good service but won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can not speak highly enough of this excellent butcher shop. A great range of meats and small goods. Perfect for the quick and easy meals to put together in a hurry as they prepare several diffrerent cuts that are made up into ready to cook meals. For example Beef Wellington, various chicken preparations and more. The best bacon in town and a selection of cold meats not to mention delicious sausages in a variety of flavours. You can totally rely on their meat cuts when having a dinner party. They have never let me down. If you haven't tried their beef short ribs then you are missing out on a real treat. We have ordered our Xmas ham here for years and it is always delicious. If they haven't got what you want ask the friendly staff.

The meats is the best in town as I travel from flaxmere to buy.
The shop is very clean.
The display in the windows are perfect.
I enjoyed the garlic steak so so much now these are the yummiest I have ever tryed again thanks for being around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a reason why people come a long way to buy from here. A proper artisan butchery in little Taradale. My favourites are the sausages, which are an order of magnitude better than the best you'll find at the supermarket. Real flavours and some quirky but tasty combinations.
