I would would also like to commend Peter K for providing professional, prompt and quality repair services for any after sale repairs/maintenance issues. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a sofa via phone and Lavanya at the Mt Eden store was amazing. She took the time to make sure we got all the details right, answered all my questions and double checked everything. She was kind and friendly and understanding when my kids interrupted the call. All round a great experience and I'm so happy to have finally ordered my sofa after over a year of looking at it.

The Target service technician Peter rang me the next day & organized the inspection time & replaced drawer panels for me. He did an excellent job. Very happy with his service. Thanks Peter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the best experience and costumer care with the Team at Mount Eden. Starting with Sunny as the sales rep who helped me out and made everything easy and seamless. Then when I had a little problem with my low boy she immediately put me in contact with the other team and Peter was incredibly helpful and so on to it. He was able to fix the problem in no time ans was very friendly to deal with. Overall, great experience and a happy customer who would definitely come back to shop there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience of purchasing a new bed and mattress was fantastic. The sales rep understood our requirements and selected the right bed and mattress for us and we got it for a competitive price.
Also, once the items arrived at home, we were confused with fitting few of the assembly parts of the bed so we reached out to the head office and they sent Peter K, who went well and beyond to ensure that the bed was properly assembled and secured everything in place. I really appreciate the customer service provided by Target and especially Peter K.

They called me back (Peter) who told me that he would look at the bed and fix once out of level 4, he called several times to let me know I was not forgotten, then he called fri to advise he would come around my house to fix on a time that suits me, this was Great Customer Service and most say its something that a lot of companies are missing, so again Thanks Peter K for fixing and contacting us, ? Outstanding Work Peter

I was served by their manager Baiju Rajan who helped me to choose all the furniture for my new built home , he was incredible in his job and he had amazing product knowledge about all the furniture . Overall amazing experience and I would highly recommend this store for your furniture shopping.
