★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two completely different treatment... when i spent more than 10k in my EFTPOS in the store, the treatment was superb... attention to detail, staff willing to help, etc but this time i spent $500 in the store staff "designer" or was supposed to be one as he got his photo on the company's website had the worst behavior and it wasn't the first time... we went to the store asked for some art pieces we confirmed the color "white" as the website describes it and after a few weeks waiting the pieces color are more a clay color and myself and my partner mentioned to the "Designer" he had an attitude when we told him saying its the color on trend right now... which as a designer he needs to understand that the best house designer is to have your favorite colors and objects rather than just follow the trend... disappointing comment and behavior also instead listen to us he mentioned to us to write to the company... which is not going to take us anywhere i think. To a person who already spent more than $25k in the store i felt judged and discriminated very poorly treatment.

Their furniture is unique and classy.
Natalia in sales was polite and wonderful to deal with and kept us up to date with the process from importation right through to delivery, and the delivery guys were great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication was excellent, and they delivered my sofa on time and with no issues. The service in the shop was wonderful, and before I had even chosen a sofa, samples of fabric were sent to me to look at. Wonderful experience. Will use BoConcept again.

He was a pleasure to deal with and we cannot wait to enjoy our new purchases.
He was an amazing help with samples, suggestions, colour ways & plans on the screen, we could not have done it without him, he was the reason we were able to walk out with a confirmed order.
His presentation and customer service skills is impeccable !!!
We very much enjoyed our whole shopping experience, the showroom had most pieces we wanted to see and sample fabrics to make you stay for hours. Warning good things take time !

He made an extra effort to check on things and what did we think of the new furniture at our new house. He even offered suggestions re accessorizing with plants and ornaments in our living room.
