Orders are processed within one working day of the order being placed. Once processed, our standard delivery times are between 1-2 working days (within the Auckland region) or 2-3 working days (rest of New Zealand). Overnight delivery is available on request for an additional charge.
Standard shipping rates start from $5. For bulky/heavy/fragile items, or international delivery, additional shipping costs may apply. If you're unsure, email [email protected] for a quote. Otherwise, an estimate will be emailed to you when your order is processed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happily took thousands and promised delivery months in advance. Stuffed it up twice, took no responsibility for it, blamed suppliers and couriers. Now telling me I have to sort it out with their delivery companies. Really liked A&C and we brought here a lot but will not be shopping here again after realizing it's just a glorified drop shipping business charging insane prices to cover their high rents and custom lattes. Reverse image search their products for better prices, services and stock. Staff are cool, management needs to deliver better... literally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Invested in A&C’s linen sheets, had them for 3 years before they went into holes. Expected better for something I paid $190 for. I loved the look of the sheet and was extremely disappointed when it happened so got in touch with A&C. They took weeks to respond initially just commenting that they had never seen that happen before. And then no response when I sent through pictures. I cared for the sheet as per their laundry instructions and expected better. Disappointed I wouldn’t buy again. I guess gone are the days when quality sheets meant lasting 10+ years..
