★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A short (2hr) loop walk to the top. Steepish but doable with average fitness. Could be greasy in the wet. We found a Tino Rangitiratanga flag at the top under the trig, so had to wave it! Hope it is still there! Be careful of trains and turning back onto SH1 as you come out of the side road!
