★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most amazing motel we have stayed in for a long time even when we made a very late booking friendly and helpful quick and easy.
Rooms perfectly clean and spacious with all the essentials and modern decor.
Premises kept immaculate and private.
Great location close to lake, town etc
Will be staying there whenever we are in taupo and would reccomend to all.

Stayed one night in April. 2 weeks later I was randomly checking my account (which I never do), saw $501 was taken by ascot (that is what my bank account statement states). Rung ascot immediately for them to say, no it wasn't them and Agoda took my money. Made a complaint with Agoda and finally have my money back in my account, transferred from ascot. I have no explanation into why a large amount of money was taken out of my account, nothing. Makes me wonder how many people this happens to????? It is disappointing, as we have stayed there twice and it's actually really nice accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped for an overnight stay and was impressed by the hospitality, cleanliness and quality of the facilities. Eveything felt like great care was taken to make out experience great, with a touch of personal flare. Contactless checkin was a great bonus. When passing though we'll absolutely stay again. Thank you!
