★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitors to this beautiful city will be delighted to know that they will be treated with respect and kindness. The staff at this visitor centre are excellent and are keen to tell you about their wonderful city. The I site visitors centre has souvenirs and other essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn’t speak more highly of the assistance I got here. Ronda helped me book the glow worm kayaking when I was having trouble doing it myself and had fantastic follow up. She also and gave me great directions on how to get around! And ideas with what to do in the time I had!

.No parking near by!!!! Had to risk parking in a large loading zone .$200.00 fine if caught just to book a ticket No planning by council so it seems for downtown Tauranga . Very very poor insite,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like this place lacks luster it feels very dark and not inviting, feel not as nice as when they were on the corner. With more light inside and more products. I do love though their selection of free brochures on places to visit around New Zealand .
