โ โ โ โ โ Nick with the 5 star review is the Operations Manager of Taylor Property. This is the type of misleading behaviour you can expect from this outfit.
I raised issue with smoke alarms on several occasions and over 6 weeks ago but nothing was ever done or did I get a reply. I ended up replacing them myself, that was half a day wasted by time purchased them and got a ladder sorted.
Was sent the lease to renew tenancy several times, each time with errors (clearly for another property).
I really sympathise with you if you have no choice but to sign a lease with Taylor Property

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are the manifestation of the worst elements of the housing crisis in New Zealand. As a Tennant it feels like they have complete disregard for your living situation, but you are forced to interact with them because of lack of market options. Now when trying to find a new flat we booked an appointment for a viewing and they failed to show up and then gave a terrible excuse why they were not here. This was a complete waste of my time on a Saturday morning. My advice is avoid this company wherever possible.

โ โ โ โ โ My Fiancee and I have recently moved to a property managed by Taylor Property Plus in Central Wellington - specifically handled by Rachel Pike. Over the last 2 weeks Rachel has been nothing but brilliant. She has been pretty much immediately on-hand whenever we have contacted her for any questions or assistance (even when we locked ourselves out one evening!). She's been welcoming, professional and in some cases a real legend.
We moved in purely off the back of ourselves in our little bubble during a very stressful COVID-19 Lockdown and I must say, Rachel was epic in getting everything safely ready for us and she really bent over backwards to make the (already complicated) process even smoother - all the while looking after other peoples requests in the Complex, no doubt!
A big thank you to you Rachel, from Catherine and I. We really appreciate it and we look forward to living in our new place - I hope the rest of the team follow your example and keep up the good work (but don't work too hard!!).
I'd fully recommend Taylor Property Plus as property managers for these reasons.

I do want to give a special shoutout to our property manager, Noor Siddiqui, he's very responsive to address any concerns/queries we may have. They also helped us with an extension and very thorough move out information. Overall, highly recommended!!

โ โ โ โ โ im not a tenant but i have been to a couple of viewings with these guys - and its the same old logic. 20-something couples have preference for rentals over single mature persons, sadly this is the uniform here in wellington for rental agencies and private landlords, if i owned a property i wouldnt even consider leasing to someone under-30 as they are more likely to party and trash the place up and get regular visits from noise control as well as "prioritise" their rent money at "the club".

We haven't had the best experience with some - most seeming unenthused about their jobs and not very helpful. But Rachel Pike from Taylor Property Plus was a different story. She was a pleasure to deal with, went out of her way to chat to us about the property we looked at and was super efficient in her communication. Clearly very good at what she does and definitely stood out from the rest!
