About Village Pharmacy Churton Park
Craig and Keren Hercus are the owners of the Village Pharmacy group.
With over 45 years pharmacy experience between them, they bring a wealth of knowledge to the community.
Starting in New Zealand, they established their careers in the UK. Later returning home, they brought their expertise back to Wellington to where their family has settled.
Bringing up five boys, Craig and Keren are highly family and community oriented. When they are not at work, you will most likely find them either participating or supporting in family sporting activities.

β β β β β Really professional and friendly pharmacists but one of their pharmacist assistant is constantly rude, condescending and has horrible customer service skills. It was a handy pharmacy for us but after several bad experiences with this one staff member we decided to never go back.

β β β β β I went in yesterday to ask if they sold mascara. The woman who attended to me didn't say hello and was rude in telling me they only sell 1 brand. She really shouldn't work in a place where you deal with other humans on a day-to-day basis if she doesn't want to be polite.

β β β β β Shopped here in March 2020 and I received great customer service. They had a range of products that I require and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They had hydrocortisone that I regularly buy and need. They also had products for flu such as codral, and telfast for allergies. They also have an online website. Thanks for your support.

Especially appreciate their gift wrapping service which may help you to send out your choice of goods. The staff was nice too. Will come again when needed.

The store is extremely clean and bright with a pleasant aroma form the diffusers.
The staff are extremely helpful and are quick with providing answers and finding exactly what you are after.
