The message reminders about my apointment are super helpful on a busy day & always a quick response to my email booking .Alana is great she has really helped my tight trap muscles I walk out of there feeling amazing . Combined with their bootcamp I really feel like I am getting on top of the issue . Always friendly and helpful & informative ,always enjoy coming back.

They have a professional team who are so pleasant to deal with, not to mention all their knowledge, advice and tips to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Their workouts are great, always different and a good challenge, and then once they have beaten up your muscles good and proper, they can fix them with their excellent massages! :D I went to FITME pre pregancy, during pregnancy and post pregnancy, they have separate classes to cater to all stages of your life! The best one stop shop in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only place I will recommend for a massage. The massage rooms are relaxing, and very clean and tidy just like the rest of the gym space.
I Have been suffering with headaches from being very tight in my neck and shoulders especially this year due to going back to full time study with long periods of sitting/sitting in bad posture positions when I get tired. I have been to see Alana a few times and she knows exactly what I need to release the tension in my back. I get a deep tissue massage and BOY, its definitely deep. If I wasn't a student I would be back every week! Thanks again team for looking after this giant human knot :)

She focused on all my problem areas and did wonders for my back which had been so painful since giving birth to my son 8 months prior. Thanks again, and I look forward to booking in again soon! :)
