★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not be going back there again. They had my wedding dress for 4 weeks to clean and when I got it back it still had dirt marks. They also put a safety pin in the bottom of the train to hold it up under the lacing (in the middle of the back). It was pined into the seam of the dress, pulling all the seaming out. There was a button to hold the train up on the dress, why they didn't use this instead I don't know.
Very Unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to be leaving your clothing, expecting it to be handled with care, they are irresponsible, careless and mistreatment of staff is absolutely appalling!..I do believe the Maori lady working there was rudely spoken to by other staff members. Not nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Bought my suit in and was told it would be ready the next day. I made it very clear I had a wedding the following day and they assured me it would be ready. When I turned up to pick it up, the simply said sorry it hasn't been done. No phone call during the day to tell me. Thanks, now I have a wedding in 12 hours and have nothing to wear.
