★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Customer Service. Won’t take back product even though I have a receipt and the original packaging. Some guy named “Goldy” / “Goldie” didn’t know how to handle a query like that. I should have known when he seemed disinterested by yawning and stretching his arms wide right in the middle of the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service..... went to pick up a click and collect order. There was none of the colour I wanted in stock so i asked for another colour which they had in 2 stock. They said they couldn't do it and threw a card at me to call a number for a refund. After calling the 0800 number I was told all they had to do was make a call to them to get it changed and I could have taken the product right then. Will never shop here again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing service Waiting in checkout line to pickup online order. When one guy was free he looked at me and walked off on the showroom floor. I asked him if he would help me pick up my order and he said the other checkout attendants would help me when they were available. He then sauntered around the showroom floor chatting to his mate and playing on his phone while I still waited in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Dell Laptop and it had battery problems. No problem, I'll just use my extended warranty that I purchased and get it repaired for free. Not the case. I gave it back to NL and stated my claim. That was 2 weeks ago. I called Dell and they said that they only received an email about my claim the very day I called them. 2 weeks just sitting in their closet doing nothing. As a student, this is very annoying since I could have a laptop for me to use right now to make things faster. Very poor service and wouldn't recommend going here. Even if it's slightly cheaper, don't go here.
Edit: Been waiting for 4 weeks and I haven't gotten an email about my claim being progressed and no ETA on when my laptop will arrive. I've gone to them twice now and they still don't have an ETA.
