β β β β β As I love Bed Bath and Beyond products ... again disappointed from the staff in Palmerston North Branch as I called in today to do a Click and Collect and was treated rudely maybe they should advertised on their door their hours 10 to 4 , yes we are living in very uncertain times,doesn't help when people can't be kind.I think the staff need to get some people skills, I myself work in retail I would never treat anybody so appalling.
I have never left a negative feedback anywhere before today!
This would be 3th time I've had a bad experience in this store and last time I won't be going back.

β β β β β I love this shop and all the products but.... it must have been the manager who changed it all for me. She spoke to her colleague like rubbish in front of me and the other customers and I felt really uncomfortable. You should treat your staff kindly. I bit my tongue though was tempted to defend the lovely lady but my children were with me so I didn't.
