Golf was first played at Golf Te Puke in 1979. All of the trees (bar one) were planted at this time, and the huge growth reflects the siteβs history as an old dairy farm. The Golf Te Puke golf course has a par of 72 and creates a challenge for all levels of golfer. Located at 847 State Highway 2, Paengaroa, Bay of Plenty.

β β β β β Fantastic (and probably under rated) gem of a golf course. 3 tee boxes (blue, white, yellow) and with decent length off the whites not a typical country course. Great pro shop which was well stocked with titleist gear and a friendly pro. Carts were available and saw a few people with them but itβs an easy walk. Some blind(ish) tee shots and well placed drives were rewarded. Greens were true, well cared for and the highlight of the round. Also a bar and kitchen that was open by 1030! I played in a 2 ball at 730am Friday and it only took 3 hours. Cant recommend highly enough
