β β β β β Te Whare Ako has been looking after our little man for over 2 years now. They take excellent care of the children at their centre, and we have been very happy with the service they have provided.

β β β β β Fantastic, community spirited, learning environment for our tamariki. Awesome qualified teacher to child ratios which means I go to work and don't worry about my babies. It's small enough that our kids know the names of all the other kids and teachers there so they feel part of a larger family. Management are always available and always ask for parents to feedback on their ideas or plans. They are also really invested in PD for the staff so willing to keep learning and develop skills to support our tamariki.

β β β β β My son has been going to Te Whare Ako for almost four years and loves it. The teachers and resources are great. It is not too big for your child to lose their plave, but big enough to provide lots of stimulating activities. And the trips they go on are amazing! Being on Weltec campus means they can take part in Weltec activities and go to the local Petone rec ground and library. They also collaborate with the local kohanga reo and community groups to provide special experiences for the kids. Ka Pai TWA!

β β β β β I have been teaching at Te Whare Ako Early Learning Centre for many years now and enjoy very much teaching our tamariki (Children) every day. I work with a great team of dedicated teachers and a lovely manager who really cares about her team. What I love also is you get to make a lifelong impression on young lives. Early childhood teachers can ensure young children get off to the best start in life and thats what our centre strives towards for our tamariki and their whanau. Its a great place to teach!

β β β β β Te Whare Ako is a great place to work with a team that nurtures and genuinely cares about the children that attend. ERO visited and reinforced what a great learning environment we are providing. We welcome tamariki from the Community as well as students and staff of Weltec/Whitireia.
