The whole experience couldn't have been made easier for us. We highly recommend selling through them. We were originally recommended Total Realty from a friend who also had a great experience. The low commission rate was also appealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The number one difference is clearly the large amount of money saved on commission and marketing cost. Other real estate agents told us that we would lose more on the sale price than we would save on the commission, but we are absolutely convinced that it wasn't the case as we got several high offers in which clearly the buyers had offered their maximum price, with the top ones exceeding our highest hopes.
The sale was extremely quick (10 days after listing, only two open homes) which was another bonus.
We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and attention to details Marc and Wendy demonstrated in every step of the process. As we were interested in another property they were promoting, we saw how they manage their open homes and had never seen such quality of service before.
In summary, we highly recommend Total Realty and particularly Marc and Wendy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rachel was exceptional throughout the whole marketing and sales process. She is first class and I can completely understand why she is Total Realty's top agent. A fantastic experience. She went above and beyond what I expected and delivered a great result with the sale. From the beginning she clearly explained the various approaches we could take to sell the property and maximise return. Throughout all the open homes, staging, sales negotiation and finalising the sales contract she was always responsive, answered all my questions (even the silly ones) was highly professional, friendly, and nothing was ever too much. Living overseas in Malaysia and not being able to meet face to face it made the whole process immeasurably easier. Went beyond expectations; relocated my existing tenants, brilliantly managed them during open days, sorted staging of the unit at short notice, even gave me an old dryer to help fulfil the sale and got to know my mum! Who does that!:) Exceptional. I think you have a great team and I was very impressed. I highly recommend you guys and will be back in touch in the near future with more business. I wish you all the very best for 2022 and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our previous sale was not easy for the agent in question but he kept at it and got us a fair price. We admired the way that the whole process was transparent and despite the difficulties, the cost remained the same.
Likewise, with the house just sold, the transparency was there from the start and although this house sold easily, it was marketed enthusiastically and efficiently.

Not only were their fees competitively priced (they were a fraction of some of the other agencies), they were also open, honest, transparent and worked hard to get multiple offers to present us. Wayne was also a pleasure to deal with - it was my second time dealing with Wayne and he was the main reason we chose to market our property with Total Realty again as he's very knowledgeable and experienced.
Total Realty also handle a lot of the 'admin' involved in putting our house on the market, which was another drawcard as my husband and I didn't have the time to do it ourselves. We were very happy with our result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to sell with Total Realty, especially with Mike and Alison, because we understood each other very well. We tried to put our property on the market a couple of years back, but due to Covid, we had to defer the sale process. A couple of years later, we reengaged with Mike and Alison and signed the documents to get the sale process going. Alison and Mike kept us honest and shared the key things to do when advertising, what to prepare for the open homes, and how many open homes to have. We understood how to get the best from the current changing market without losing the focus from the target to sell the property. :)
Within a week, we sold the house and started a new chapter of our lives. Thanks, Mike and Alison.
