Turns out it was super glued and truly really hard to take off, and instead of a few minutes it took a few hours to scrape it off, but he didn't mind taking the time to do that, and even free of charge! Awesome experience and I'm really grateful for your help, thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That’s twice now that Tec Ops in Wanaka have saved me from technical doom. First they organised a new iPhone under warranty and were able to correctly diagnose the issue, when their local competitor told me warranty was no longer valid and they couldn’t help me. Then weeks later Tec Ops sent me instructions to sort my own tec issue (that worked) and generally talked me off a ledge when I phoned in a tizz late on a Friday. These are my go to crowd. Helpful, approachable, and know their stuff. Thank you, Mel :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While on holiday I dropped my phone and needed repairs done. I chose TecOps due to previous reviews. So glad I did! Jo was so welcoming, understanding and helpful. Diego who fixed my phone was also incredible to deal with. He explained everything in great detail, didn't rush me at all and also gave me a couple of tips for backing up my phone. If you live in Wanaka or are travelling through I would highly recommend going to see them.
