★ ★ ★ ★ ★ phoned up about getting my computer fixed as it suffered a crash dump. The lady wasn't very helpful. Then was astounded by their hourly rate. The lady told me it was less than a lawyer and then hung up on me. very poor customer service.

It does everything I asked for, and is very fast. Absolutely no issues
with the software installed or with the quietness of the cooling fans.

They came into our home, gave us a review on our internet and cyber-security challenges and solved the issues beyond our expectations. We loved Techmedics responsiveness and attention to detail so much that they are now our internet service provider as well. Let me explain .. any issues with internet connection and speed you call Techmedics and talk to someone who knows you personally and sorts the problem pronto .. and then checks in on you a couple of days later .. so much better than the lack of service and time lost battling the call centres at Spark or Vodafone. Great value for money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got five quotes for a repair to the charging port on my laptop which were all very similar except Aaron's as he was the only person to offer a best case scenario, which eventuated, saving me 20 - 25% on the other quotes. The job was completed in good time and I was pleased with the workmanship which included additional time that wasn't charged for.
I found Aaron to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about computers and computing and a great conversationalist as we share some similar interests.
Two weeks after the repair Aaron contacted me with news of a good second hand work computer which I'd asked him to look out for, which I've now purchased and am delighted with the good value for money it represents.
I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron's service and although he's a bit of a distance from my home I will definitely use him for any future work needed.
