★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a 70 year old not up with all the technology of today I wanted to get afew photos printed off from my phone I explained to the salesperson I did not know what to do thinking that she would show me how wrong was I this has happened to me before at the warehouse stationary so what did I do I went to Hannifins in Riccarton mall knowing full well I would get the help I needed well done Hannifins your staff are stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think it's on that the warehouse stationary charges to set up phones especially when this one is inside a warehouse store. All this used to be done for free. As a result I'll never buy any technical stuff from this crowd and am going to go with another supplier for my next mobile phone.
These things aren't easy to set up for someone like me who isn't technically minded. If it wasn't for this I'd be writing a five star review for this store as everything else is worth getting as they have a great range.
Where have the good old days gone where people didn't charge to help?
