β β β β β After I dropped my Iphone in water and lost the sound I took it to TecnoFix Pt. Chevalier and the guy took it over night and said he'd put a new speaker in, but repeated several times that there was no guarantee. 2 weeks later the speaker became muffled and distorted. So believing there was no come back, I took it elsewhere and now I see on the website that it says "If it is a minor issue, you can expect your device to be fixed on the same day and you will get warranty. " However, not being told this, I paid more to have it fixed a second time. I feel both the work and the communication was very unsatisfactory.

β β β β β I had an issue where my microphone stopped working. I took it in to be fixed that day, my phone kept randomly turning off and didn't display the battery life. I then took it back and after a long argument, he reluctantly took it back to fix. A month later and the same issue occured. When i took it back he refused to fix my phone without me paying. 1 star is generous.

β β β β β Very poor Service, got my screen replaced my them a month ago, screen stops responding to touch, can only work through the physical buttons. went to the shop that got it replaced within the 3 month warranty it said, however he decided it not to act on it due the phone having previously been water damaged before he fixed the screen. wouldn't give me his managers name or someone to talk to when he said he couldn't do anything further. Highly discourage anyone from going there.
