Not great experience with this store. I have booked the fridge almost 3 weeks ago with the specific delivery date. Paid the amount before the delivery date arrived but they haven't deliver the fridge on the day. Call the team for the order status and get to know the store staff has the product but did not coordinated with delivery team. The delivery department not even got the confirmation of the final payments. POOR Service !!

I personally hate writing bad reviews but this is based on my last experience (situation below) with this branch. I had bought a laptop (Dell G15 i7) from them and had them set it up with all the necessary things like anti-virus and the like, however, then laptop just broke down (powered on for 3 seconds and turned off, repeatedly) in just 2 days of using it. We had visited the store multiple times after we had given it for repairs and had contacted the number that was given to us but no one received/picked up our call, nor were we given any updates by email. This is just unacceptable and a very disappointing service.

Don't think it's good when 2 staff members are discussing a product when the product itself is not related to any of the waiting customers. There were at least 5 people waiting over 5mins to get served and only 1 other person serving whilst the other 2 were having a discussion. The person serving could have said something. We finally did and the response was less than enthusiastic, so whatever discussion they were having must've been more important than the customer. Hmmm not a good look.

This store is my go to for tech needs/problems for the last 8yrs.. Really helps the feel good experience by the attending staff's considerate patience with my struggle to understand the modern terminology for tech.. It's the main reason why I continue to patron this store because I'm treated kindly by the employees there, bless..

last week i came into store to make a purchase, was keen on a dishwasher and potentially a fridge. Sadly, the staff seemed more interested in talking to themselves or on the phone to their mates (I assumed it was their mates based on the laughter). No purchases were made.

I had rated this store a 5 the first 2 times I visited. I have visited the store a few time over the last 3 years, the service levels have been falling down gradually. The last 2 times I went there I had to literally scream for sales assistance, even that disappeared within seconds of arriving. Wonder if any one is monitoring their sales assistance behavior

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a Samsung smartphone in October 2020. After about a year it developed issues with the camera, so I handed it in on the 28th of February 2022 for a repair that was covered under warranty. As I handed it over, I was told that the whole process could take up to 2-4 weeks. After 3.5 months of countless phone calls, emails, social media messages, and physical visits to the store I finally received a refund on the 9th of June (apparently they couldn't repair/replace it). It was the most frustrating, stressful, baffling, confusing experience. My terrible experience can't be explained by incompetence alone - buyers beware, their business model is to frustrate you into giving up.

I was in on Sunday this week to purchase an oven. We've just moved into a rental and the oven is not functional. We discussed this at the same with the sales rep - who was super helpful helping us work out deliveries / installation / everything! I actually considered writing a glowing review after how helpful this rep was! We were told the oven was coming from their warehouse in Paka, and would be delivered on the 19/05. Fast forward to delivery day: My partner is working from home so that he can receive this delivery. No calls, or any updates at all. I tried calling the store, no answer. Got put through to customer care, who states no purchase order was made, and there is no ETA on our oven. Not only were we not advised of any delays, but now we have no ETAs for our already paid oven unit. WE CHOSE THIS OVEN BECAUSE OF THE SUGGESTED QUICK DELIVERY, DUE TO NOT HAVING A WORKING OVEN. Customer service isn't that hard, up ya game.
