★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must be a different chief, normally very happy with what I receive but definitely not this time didn't even have the ingredients advertised. Ended up giving it to my dog, completely disappointed and paid $7 delivery for my meal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 6pm booking and our meals arrived at 7.40pm. They couldn't work the bottle opener so we used our own and opened it ourselves. After that slow and incomplete service they still charged us full amount and corkage!
Saving grace was the food did taste good when it eventually arrived.

Waited ages to get our drinks, didn’t come to our table so walked to the front and order. I ordered and food turned out with wrong meat. I asked her and she didn’t say sorry and then asked wanting to change.
I can’t wait and would take time and probably they would spend money on wrong order. So I said fine i will eat it, then they charged more money than what I ordered cause I didn’t want to change and had that food. It was totally their fault. If they asked me to charge more money, I would understand but she didn’t even apologize that situation and justified that she charged more money for that dish. You know what this is about attitude not money! Never go there again. There is not the only one Thai restaurant in Hastings, you should learn how to do customer service! I didn’t even want to give them a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Thai in Hastings. Enjoyed our meals there this evening. Didn’t have to wait long for the food. Beautiful flavours as always. So many people buying takeaways & also dining in. That says it all in my opinion. Will be back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to always get takeaway here, 9 times out of 10 our order would be ready on time. I always get a sweet and sour chicken but I hated the batter on the chicken, meant eating not much chicken and was very dry when reheating. The flavours and vegetables were all good and tasted great, just the way the chicken was done was a big let down. We go to Tai Chef in Napier now as they do nice big chunks of chicken with no batter, and tastes even better reheated the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, great food, spicy noodles were spicy indeed and so tasty. Green curry up there with the best (and you don't have to order rice separately). Service was quick and friendly.
