★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really sad to share this painful experience on this public platform. Very poor customer service, front staff's are really disappointed... I had very bad experience couple of times and even my friends had the same. They literally doesn't know how to treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered food worth of $47 and did not receive order correctly. Went their again to discuss what’s wrong with the order and manager said do whatever you want to, you ain’t get money back or food and threatened us. Highly recommend not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. The front lady was so rude and She is thinking that I was there to get some free food. It is the second time I'm getting this kind of experience from that same lady.
I was also worked in a restaurant brand, never acted like this before.
Just teach some basic customer relationship skills to her.

If you're South African and like Bunny chow, this is the place to go.
You'll never buy takeaway food from anywhere else again.
This place needs more advertising!
