★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Very quick service and lovely sandwiches and tea after the procedure. Thames can be very thankful to have this Hospital where even parking is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in late Friday night with my 2 year old son and they were so efficient. Made us feel safe and put on cartoons for my son while we waited. Gave him an iceblock. Honestly what a lovely caring crew, reception, nurses and doctor thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. The nurses and docs were kind and friendly. They were also very thorough and careful.
Most importantly though, they were all very skilled and experienced in their roles. As a result, I felt like I was in a safe set of hands.
Other points:
- Quick to getting onto operating once you’ve arrived.
- Good sandwiches.
- Lots of free parking on street (unsure their prices).
- As a day stay, I got my own room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been waiting in A&E for nearly 4 hours just to get a X-ray, they told me I would be called in shortly however I was not. I was greeted rudely by Dr Abegg and left to sit here after my X-rays for another 30 minutes, after arguing with the doctor as to why I needed them. I was clearly in physical pain sitting in the waiting room but no one offered to see if I was alright. Old man before me had his wife go to the bathroom for a minute, nurse came out and asked if he was ready but he wanted to wait for his wife.. nurse said she would come back and get him after ignoring him saying “she will just be a second” You could see the disappointment on his face, poor guy. This place has gone down hill, such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 5th April 2022.i attended day clinic for an endoscopy. I would like to express my and my husbands gratitude to the wonderful team and Dr. Creamer who performed my treatment. Dr Creamer was an absolutly delight and his reassurance and manner was greatly appreciated. The staff that attended me were amazing and eased my concerns. I cannot speak highly enough of them and wish my thanks for their care and friendly attitude. Please pass my thanks to them. Kind regards Lorraine Webster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the eye clinic. Well organized and supervised entrance with all the Covid protocols in place. The staff assisting and directing us patients were amazing - friendly, polite, clear and helpful. As always, the service and care at the eye clinic was top notch. So grateful for this facility and the people who provide the care for us.
