Express french mani and pedi paint polish. The mani lasted less than 36 hours before chipping and when I returned they fixed the one nail but the next day the rest started chipping. I expect more for $50 plus.

I'm not normally one to even bother leaving bad reviews but this one is definitely necessary. By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. I should have read the google reviews before booking. To any other potential clients, if you have an extra 15mins travel time to spare - BOOK AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION such as Newmarket & Albany, they provide beautiful work and the service is miles better than here. Their attitude & service emanates 'cheap walk-in mall nail salons' (the ones we all steer clear from) with the price expectations of a semi-luxe salon, there's nothing relaxing or luxurious about terrible customer service; if both team member & manager aren't knowledgeable in client service management - what do they uphold as the luxe AON brand image? It's a tacky experience packaged under the name of AON. I called as I saw a full charge made to my account (to my knowledge I had booked for a different day - which in their defence was my human error). I queried this with the Team on the phone to which they let me know they had called, left voicemails & waited for 15 mins before having to give up my appointment to walk-ins. I accepted my human booking error and offered to pay 50% for the no show ($57.5) and book for the next day for the service and pay full ($115), the team member dejected firmly insisting 15 mins was lost trying to leave me voicemails (I did not receive any call as there was an incorrect phone number attached to my booking file - there was no way to update this nor knowledge the wrong number was on my profile and the team would have been made aware of the incorrect number due to SMS send fail appearing on their booking system and the phone number saying it was disconnected with no ability to leave any VoiceMail. I was then passed on to the manager who blamed me for the incorrect number, but then assured me it is most unlikely I would have to pay the full amount for my next booking and "booking me in" for the next day saying they would contact me regarding the charge as they'd look into it. They never contacted me back that day as they assured, they didn't ask me for an updated number, they didn't even book me in for the next day despite numerous verbal confirmations, they emailed me the next morning backtracking from what they said on the phone - shifting the blame back onto me saying I confirmed the no-show appt (which I didn't, and further contradicting themselves saying they had no communication from me at all). The service I received on the phone and after, was very rude and very disingenuous with very little care for any client retention. They gained $115 for a service they never provided (which is a loss I've happily accepted), but they'll soon realise terrible customer service = loss in revenue. Judging by their reviews, customer service is not their strong point nor something they're looking to improve upon (time and time again blaming clients). MY RECOMMENDATON: GO TO OTHER ART OF NAIL LOCATIONS.

I get gel nails every 3 weeks, without the gel my nails won't grow to a flattering length. I highly recommend Aarya, I cannot speak for any other nail technician at this branch but if they are anything like Aarya then they will be conscientious, caring and talented. Ths store is not convenient for me to get to and I have been to a different branch for a while due to a busy schedule but the quality of service with Aarya at commercial bay is such that my new self care routine is to take myself there on the train for a morning out once a month unapologetically.

Nails turned out great, but service was horrible. I had an appointment for 9am and was there early to get my nails done as it was my Birthday and I had a reservation at 10:30 nearby. I was extremely annoyed as my nail tech was 25 minutes late and none of the staff bothered to communicate she would be late or apologise for the wait. And when she finally did arrive, she also did not apologise for being late. I would have been less annoyed/stressed had someone communicated with me from the start. The level of professionalism I witnessed yesterday was appalling, never going back here again.

Always a 5/5 experience. Kaori is the most perfectionist nail artist and I always leave super happy with whatever she does on my nails. Love the convenience of TAN being inside commercial bay as I work there and it's really easy to pop in my break to get my nails done.

Was in Auckland for a couple of days and decided to treat myself to a set of acrylic gel nails. The ambience was lovely and I love how my nails turned out! Two weeks on and they still look perfect, Kaori did an incredible job and I was really happy with the price. Definitely planning on going back next time I’m in the area.
