★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a good experience here yesterday. The salon is really nice, well decorated and clean. When I sat down, I was immediately offered a tea to have while I got my nails done which was such a nice touch. My gel manicure is flawless and the girl who did them took such care and really took her time to make sure it was perfect - she even did 3 coats of polish when i said i liked the look a bit better. At the end, I had a nice, long hand massage and my hands were wrapped in hot towels. Overall it was a great overall experience and I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cosy friendly welcoming beautiful business.Had a wonderful experience.the lady Mary who done mine was very understanding an patient with me as my left hand was affected from stroke so cañ clam up an grip tight,b difficult at the best of times.but was a success an am very happy with the job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Art of nails always has a nice clean well presented environment. I always get a basic pedi and come away happy with lovely gel polish nails that last weeks upon weeks that causes minimal damage to my nails themselves. First time at Art of Nails Ponsonby today and the staff are lovely polite and very welcoming :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here are polite and friendly. They can do basic manicure and pedicure well but if you want design nails, i wouldnt recommend it here. Theres often a little wait even though youv made the appointment as they only have a few staff. I do love the modern fit out compared to the other nail salons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t usually post reviews unless necessary but unfortunately my experience here was less than satisfactory. For 2 sets of gel nails with tips it costed $265 which is more than I’d ever expected to pay. This would have been fine if the nails were up to scratch but they were the worst nails I’ve ever had done. My natural nails which were quite strong usually are now more brittle than they’ve ever been and constantly breaking. Really unfortunate as I’d hoped for the best at that price
